RAS Mutation Screening Panel
Il test Entrogen RAS Mutation Screening Panel permette uno screening delle più frequenti mutazioni presenti sui codoni 12, 13, 59, 61, 117 e 146 dei geni KRAS e NRAS mediante tecnologia Real Time PCR basata su sonde ad idrolisi ad alta specificità.
Il test è validato su campioni FFPE e tessuto fresco congelato.
Il test include un controllo interno endogeno.
