Allplex™ RV Essential Assay
Il kit Allplex™ RV Essential Assay è un test multiplex One-step RT Real-time PCR che rileva e identifica simultaneamente in campioni clinici, 7 virus agenti di patologie respiratorie.
Il kit è basato sulla tecnologia Seegene MuDT™ che rende possibile rilevare valori multipli di Ct di ogni patogeno in ogni singolo canale dello strumento Real-time PCR.
Il kit è fornito di un controllo interno esogeno.
